The Tiffinbites concept was inspired by Mumbai’s Tiffin-Wallah’s - delivery boys who would bring meals to hungry office workers in metallic Tiffin dishes - long a tradition in this bustling city.
We pride ourselves in continuing this heritage of serving freshly prepared, flavoursome and healthy Indian food to our customers.
From delicious and zesty chaats to wonderful starters, Smokey kebabs and classic, finger licking curries and thalis, Tiffinbites' cooking is fast - ideal for grab and go - and very affordable.
We have great plans for Tiffinbites in 2010 and beyond, starting with a fabulous opening of a new site in Dubai.

Chef Andy Varma - Director of Food, Business Development, Marketing and PR
Andy brings the experience of an accomplished and passionate chef to Tiffinbites. He has run several successful restaurants in India and is a television celebrity chef. He oversees the Food and Business Development for all V8 Gourmet’s businesses and ensures that quality standards are maintained on a consistent basis.
Adeel Naauyeck - Group Retail & Restaurant Manager
A graduate of The Oberoi Hotel Academy, Adeel has gained several years of solid business management experience within such prestigious restaurant groups as Itsu, The Conran Group, Nobu and Hakkasan. He says: "Tiffinbites menus offer our customers authentic though casual dining Indian foods. In 2010, we plan to take you further with a culinary journey from the reaches of southern India right to the tip of the north. Blend these flavours with a refreshing east to west drinks menu and you have a recipe for success! We look forward to serving you."
Ania Woisznis - Head of Concessions
With Tiffinbites Concession sites in such prestigious strores as Harrods and Selfridges, Ania’s primary focus is strategic management of the division across the UK. She has a BA in International Business and Human Resources Management enriched by the Entrepreneurial Studies of Marketing and Economics in University of Seville. Ania has taken leadership of the Tiffinibites managerial team to improve retail operations, employee management and customer service delivery across the division. Her overall aim is to expand the Tiffinbites brand across the UK market.
Vishal Khanna - Corporate Head Chef
An supremely skillful Indian chef, Vishal has been instrumental is launching Tiffinbites. Having completed his hotel management degree in India, Vishal trained as a chef at the Taj President Hotel, Mumbai. He has extensive international experience, which has proved invaluable to Tiffinbites and all the food and restaurant brands within V8 Gourmet.
Kunal Mehta - Group Head Chef
Kunal started his career at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi in the TK's Restaurant Kitchen where he worked for two years before coming to London. He subsequently worked in the Grange City Hotel, before moving to the Jumeriah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge. After a three year stint there, he joined V8 Gourmet. Kunal, a highly expert Indian chef, ensures that cooking standards are maintained throughout all units of the V8 restaurant brands along with training chefs and overseeing kitchen procedures and quality control. |
